A Passage to Stability. A Path to Opportunity.

Her Passage Louisville helps women and families navigate moments of financial, housing, employment and life instability—connecting immediate support with practical pathways toward lasting stability, independence and a stronger future.

Serving women and families throughout Louisville and Jefferson County.
When life changes

When one problem becomes five.

A missed paycheck can become a late rent payment. A late rent payment can become a housing crisis. A broken-down car can mean missed work, and missed work can mean lost income. Childcare problems can make employment impossible.

For many women and families, instability doesn’t arrive as one isolated problem. It arrives as a chain of problems that begin affecting one another. Her Passage exists to help interrupt that chain.

Measurement

We don’t just want to help. We want to know whether it helped.

Her Passage will track housing and employment stability, transportation barriers resolved, childcare and benefit connections, financial capability, stabilization planning and follow-up outcomes—and share what we learn. Community data tells us where the need is; our own results will tell us what works.
